At My Favorite Student, we respect the privacy of our customers and website users and we are committed to protecting their personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies to the My Favorite Student website, products and services.

Information Collection and Use:
My Favorite Student is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We collect and maintain customer and website user information for internal purposes, and for use in assisting with effective customer service.

Security:
We take every precaution and employ industry-recognized security safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of our customers’ personal information.

Firewalls are coupled with carefully developed security procedures to protect information from loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration. Sensitive account information is securely transmitted through the use of encryption, via the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

My Favorite Student employees and contractors are trained to use physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information.

Sharing:
We will never share, sell, or rent your personal information with third parties for their promotional use. Occasionally, we enter into contracts with third party vendors so they can assist us in providing excellent customer service. These vendors are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of customer information and they are prohibited from using the information.

Opting out:
You may choose to stop receiving emails from My Favorite Student at any time via the opt-out link included in the footer of each message. If you believe that you have received an unsolicited commercial email from My Favorite Student, you may report it to us at privacy@myfavoritestudent.com.  


Shipping & Delivery
The method and timing of My Favorite Student care package delivery will depend upon the partnering school or organization. Packages will either be shipped in bulk via a national parcel delivery service/ground mail to the school and hand delivered to the gift recipients by the sponsoring student organization OR delivered directly to the gift recipient via a national parcel delivery service/ground mail. My Favorite Student will adhere to the rules and restrictions of each individual school or organization regarding mail service and delivery for bulk shipments.

The delivery schedule for each care package to a My Favorite Student partnering school is listed on each school or institution order page.  Care packages delivered to schools or institutions that are not a My Favorite Student Partner will be shipped with the following schedule, and as time permits within the order window:
* “The Welcome” will be delivered any time after the first week of classes.
* “Tricks and Treats” will be delivered ten days before Halloween.
* “Gobble Gobble” will be delivered in the first week of November.
* “Fall All-Nighter” will be delivered one week before fall finals.
* “The Cupid” will be delivered in the first week of February.
* “The Leprechaun” will be delivered in the first week of March.
* “It’s Almost Over” will be delivered in the first week of April.
* “Spring All-Nighter” will be delivered one week before spring finals.

Return Policy
Orders may not be returned, refunded, replaced or cancelled once placed as the purchaser is participating in a fund raiser for the school organization, when applicable. However, we guarantee our care packages. If any of the items are damaged upon delivery, or any food item has passed its expiration date, you or the recipient(s) must contact our office within 3 business days from delivery to discuss a replacement or a refund. All care packages that will be replaced or refunded must be returned to our offices within 14 days after delivery. We must receive the fully intact care package before the replacement or the refund will be issued. If you have questions about our policy please call our offices: 1-877-244-5694.

Ordering
You must create an account in order to purchase a My Favorite Student care package or care package plan. An account is not required to browse products and review product information. Please use the Contact Form to submit questions or if you are experiencing problems while ordering.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is due when an order is placed. We only accept major credit cards, including: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Pricing is subject to change. Promotion rules are subject to change and can be terminated at the discretion of My Favorite Student.
