I ordered a care package or a plan for my student and now my student is no longer enrolled at the school. What can I do?  
A:
In most cases, your order was a donation to a fundraiser to a particular school and therefore, non-refundable. We appreciate your support and your care package will be raffled or distributed to students in need


Q:
If my student received two care packages of the same type, from two different people, what should he/she do?
A:
Accept the package and share with friends. We will make every attempt to modify the contents if a student received two of the same package so that they have a variety of items in each package
